Hikoshigefuji comes from the Itozakura line from Japan that goes back to the famous bull Dai Itozakura. The sire of Hikoshigefuji was born in Japan and has a lifeweight of 1200kg. The parents of his sire were Itofuji and Dai 30 Noburu, a direct offspring of the famous cow Takenotanitsuru. The pedigree of Takenotanitsuru reaches 300 years back. The carcasses of the progeny of Hikoshigefuji exceed all expectations. Conformation, strength and milk production make his daughters excellent breeding cows. Hikoshigefuji can be used on cows from the Tajima line. He transmits an oustanding marbling and should not be used for the production of F1 cattle.
